Overview

Elle Rodríguez serves as the Dean of Teacher Programs at Relay Graduate School of Education, leading the Early Childhood Education, Elementary, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, and Teaching Exceptional Learners Departments. Prior to this role, she served as associate dean of the Relay Colorado campus. Previously, she served as a school principal and bilingual classroom teacher in Denver, Colorado. Elle began her teaching career as an ESL teacher in Queens, New York.

Elle has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wesleyan University and a master’s degree in teaching English to speakers of other languages from the City College of New York. She will defend her dissertation for a doctoral degree in research and evaluation from the University of Colorado Denver this spring.

Elle and her family currently live in Dallas, Texas but will be moving to the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado this summer!
